Citizen Science Project Ongoing

… this autumn we kick-started our citizen science project about how visitors to the Nordics perceive local food. Our partners from Skane, Iceland, Faroe Islands and Lofoten participate, and we already got first answers to our surveys. We expect to start the analysis in the late spring of 2024.
